The GU-51st AFJROTC special teams program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship, and character.

Drill instills discipline, attention to detail, and teamwork amongst the cadets. It also reinforces military traditions and teaches respect for authority.

Cadets learn to lead and follow effectively as they take turns leading and following drill routines and commands.
Drill involves coordination, precision, and dedication.
